Great service from Peter. Call it a stroke of luck but I found the exact vehicle l've been after for weeks. I wanted a quick turn around and they were happy to assist. I returned the next week for a test drive and the car is ready for me to pick up only days later. Been shown a clean bill of health for the car as long as a warranty guaranteeing parts and service for the next 3 years. Highly recommend

This was the first time I had used Direct Drive, Aldershot for a car service. I dropped the car off at a little after 8am and took a stroll into Aldershot town for a coffee and look round. While I was drinking my coffee I received a message showing an attached video of what the engineer/technician could see under my car. They went on to explain what they saw from tyre depths, suspension to brakes. It was expertly done and very transparent to what they saw. In this case everything was good and the service was completed and the car returned to me after being valeted and I was on my way by 10.30am. Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish being performed by excellent polite staff

I purchased my car through Bristol and had it delivered so I can't comment on the sales as of my last visit but this is my third car purchased through Drive. I've always got my MOT and service done at this garage and never had an issue, whenever something has popped up I've been well advised about it and I don't feel like I'm being swindled. Could you get it all cheaper elsewhere? Yes you could. But if you have a vauxhall, it's genuine parts and I feel in much better hands. Touch wood this new car goes like the others and everything remains 5 stars!

Can’t recommend enough! Andy and the team at drive have given truly 5 star service start to finish. After some very bad experiences being sold to for a car purchase these guys were like a breath of fresh air. Genuinely cared about the outcome for the customer, really easy to understand any extra benefits you might want to add on top without being too pushy at all. Personalised videos during the buying process and one step ahead to give updates about the painting of stone chips and valeting ahead of pick up, even sent me on my way with a tub of the paint they’ve mixed up. Properly properly impressed and feel looked after!

GREAT SERVICE FROM KARL. I had a while you wait service and MOT for my daughters Corsa and he kept me updated throughout the process. The coffee they provide is excellent!! My only niggle is that they replaced a damaged front tire for the MOT and didn't reset the tire pressure warning system which meant I had a tire pressure warning light on the dashboard all the way home. If they had done this correctly I would have given them 5 stars

Lovely buying experience. Russell was friendly and helpful. Wide range of second hand vehicles and it was easy to find the perfect car. Took it for a test drive and picked it up the following week. Just be aware they only give one months dealer warranty (this does not affect our legal rights or something to that effect). Have waited 3 months to post the review to see if any problems develop. So far so good
